Big Brother 20 – Sunday Feeds; Will Rachel Talk Her Way Into Being A Target

Good afternoon, everyone! This game is so fascinating to watch from the outside, especially when people just flip a switch and turn crazy after a fairly stable summer so far.

Rachel has had a reputation of being a little crazy when she is a have-not, so when you combine that with her being nominated, she just loses her mind.  This was Rachel in a roughly 36 hour period:

Bayleigh wins HoH which all but guarantees all the girls being safe for the week, especially with Brett still in the house. In doing her one-on-ones, Rachel briefly mentioned how she being on the block next to Brett would be the best option, and Bay immediately locked that decision in her mind which Rachel immediately regretted. The panic level increased and Rachel tried to turn the attention back to JC, but I think Bayleigh was scared to nominate him so she stuck with Rachel. Noms came and Rachel was indeed put on the block next to Brett and spend most of Friday night stressing and having a mini meltdown with constant talks with Bayleigh trying to get reassurance that she was indeed safe.

The veto competition played, and her ally (Tyler) won.  Tyler told Rachel, Brett, and Angela that he was going to praise Scottie to make it seem like he and Scottie were really tight then let it ‘slip’ that Scottie has been revealing all types of information to him. Tyler was so successful with his plan that Bayleigh believed him enough to re-tell Rachel about it while slipping in a lie that Tyler wanted Angela out. Rachel runs back down to her alliance and starts making plans moving forward that her alliance is now dead and she can’t trust Tyler any longer.

So, Rachel went from volunteering to be a pawn to breaking up her alliance in just over a day.  It’s hard to tell what Tyler or Bayleigh will do tomorrow during the PoV meeting, but I have a feeling we’ll get a better idea today.

Updates

  • 10:30 am – Just Sam is awake making coffee
  • 11:20 am – Still Sam awake but Kaycee is up and roaming around. BB letting them sleep today I guess
  • 12:00 pm – The game talk begins…
    • Tyler says “if that side wants Brett out, we need to keep him”
    • Angela has a plan to out the all-girls alliance. She wants Tyler to tell Scottie that Kaitlyn told him about it so he’ll get mad at the girls and then Brett will out it in his veto speech
    • This is to blow up all the girls, have Fessy mad at the girls
  • 12:10 pm – Angela tells Kaycee that Rachel told her about the power but doesn’t give details
    • This is to hold it over Rachel and tell Bayleigh that Rachel spilled her secret. Cutthroat
    • A little while later, Angela tells Kaycee that she doesn’t believe Bayleigh about Tyler
  • 1:35 pm – Angela pulls KC aside and tells her the theory
    • She thinks that Rachel went up and told Bayleigh that Tyler would only use the PoV if Angela is the re-nom
    • This is because Rachel was worried about Brett being taken off and sitting next to Scottie who may have a power (he doesn’t)
  • Have-Not time
    • Bayleigh reads the card “oh, my gosh”
    • Three have-nots for the week are the three furthest away from winning the HoH competition
    • This means Fessy, Scottie, and Tyler are HNs
    • Scottie gets back to back have-nots
  • 1:45 pm – Tyler is in the back yard telling Brett that he may not use the veto. Brett is getting worried
    • JC comes in. Brett tells them he thinks the girls are playing the guys like a fiddle and they’re pegging people off every week
  • 3:20 pm – Quiet afternoon right now
  • The group is sitting around talking. Brett asks Angela if she’s seen Green Mile. Rachel says she has and Brett said ‘of course your old ass has’.. ouch
  • 4:20 pm – Tyler having a quick chat with Scottie in the pantry
    • Tyler is trying to get a feel of where Scottie is going
    • Tyler mentions the all-girls alliance to him
  • Stepping away to eat and watch the CBS episode
  • 6:40 pm – Angela is talking to Brettt
    • She is pitching the idea of him outing the all girl alliance tomorrow
    • Brett really wants Tyler to use the veto on him. He’s worried that he won’t
  • 7:10 pm – Sam is outside with Haleigh
    • They are talking about weird things like Haleigh not cleaning?
    • Or that she’s worried when Haleigh is braiding hair that they’re doing game talk. Hay tells her to walk up and talk because it’s never game talk
  • Back into the room to listen to KC, Angela, and Rachel
    • Angela is trying to clear things up with Rachel
    • Rachel says that Tyler knows Bay doesn’t want it used
    • The girls keep asking about the comment ‘the only way I’d use it if Angela goes up’
    • Rachel says “don’t you see the sketchiness of Tyler”.  She’s digging her own grave because they really don’t believe her
    • Angela is trying to point out that she really shouldn’t just go believing Bayleigh
    • Rachel is now weirdly mentioning Scottie on the block as a replacement
    • Angela says that one of three people are lying. Her (Rachel), Tyler, or Bayleigh. She hopes it’s not Rachel
  • 7:25 pm – The talk ends and Rachel heads into the HN room to talk to Tyler
    • Tyler explains what happened (how he asked if Brett had a power, who would she nominate)
    • He’s explaining the plan to make Scottie his best friend so she’d retaliate against Tyler by nominating him (reverse psychology)
    • Rachel says Bay wouldn’t put Angela but Bay told her Tyler wanted Angela up. Tyler says that’s bullshit
    • Tyler is explaining that’s bullshit and Rachel is finally starting to realize the truth maybe
    • Rachel asks if he’s going to use it (PoV) and he doesn’t know yet.
  • 8:00 pm – Haleigh and Fessy are rambling about how much he likes her so I’m skipping live
  • 9:30 pm – Brett is outside talking to Rachel and Angela. I need to check in and see if Rachel has calmed down since the talk with Tyler
  • 10:00 pm – Rachel tells Angela that it really is probably best for Tyler to not use the veto
    • Seems like she’s willing to sacrifice Brett for future gain
    • Accept the loss but don’t make Tyler a target.
  • 10:20 pm – Angela tells Tyler about Bayleigh’s power
    • She says not to use the PoV tomorrow because that will make Tyler way too big of a target
    • Just keep noms same, vote out Rachel, and let Brett be Bayleigh’s target again next week
